Sandi is a local Newporter with many years of expertise navigating the fast paced market. 

A graduate of the local high school (Go Vikings!) she is a graduate of URI and earned a law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Oklahoma. 

Sandi has a focus on investment properties, from the initial selection and purchase through the renovation and project management through the full tenant life cycle from acquisition and vetting through lease, occupancy and termination of all kinds. A practicing attorney Sandi offers a valuable set of tools for the investment owner with a strong focus on minimizing costs and headaches and maximizing returns. 

Sandi's constant companion is her beloved Jack Russell Terrier Chloe who features prominently in most of Sandi's social media postings. 

For fun Sandi enjoys her family and traveling. Recently Sandi has been to the Azores and San Francisco, with past trips including a two week tour of Rajastan in northwest India.
