To me, Southwest Florida is paradise. I’ve worked in a few different states and cities, but I haven’t connected to any of them like I have with the communities you can find in Florida. And I want everyone to have the chance to experience what I have.
I am not a salesman. I have grounded my career in my passion for helping others. Navigating golf community real estate can be overwhelming and confusing to buyers; there are many nuances that go into creating a lifestyle in golf communities. But that’s where my 20 years of real estate experience in the local market comes into play. | Matt has superior knowledge of the Naples golf communities. His in -depth analysis of home values, lot values, supporting infrastructures (clubhouse, fitness centers, courts, pools, workout facilities), and home price per sq. foot all make for an educated buying experience.Multiple factors in a Naples golf home purchase are complex. Bundled or Equity, Initiation, Dues, HOA fees, and Taxes all need to be vetted. The quality of the homes and the golf course are of obvious concern as is resale. His website is the most comprehensive breakdown of each community allowing the buyer an early start in defining your ultimate Naples experience. His knowledge of these many communities is amazing. | The best realtor we’ve ever worked with!! Matt is outstanding! The best realtor we’ve ever worked with!! Our process started with a set of objectives for our future home and golf community. Matt was quickly able to prepare a short list of communities that could fit the bill. My husband and I are 3,000 miles away…that was no problem at all. We iterated with Matt via phone and email to narrow potential communities some more. | We decided to buy a second home in Naples while staying there for the winter of 2018. We knew that we wanted to move into a golf course community, but the number of choices in the area were overwhelming. We started talking to and emailing with Matt Klinowski in May of 2018, knowing that we would not be back in Naples until January of 2019. During that eight month period, Matt helped us prioritize our requirements for the new home, and identified a handful of golf communities for us to research that matched up well with our preferences. Arriving in Naples on New Year's Day, Matt had arranged viewings at a number of available properties in four communities. This allowed us to quickly compare and contrast, and within two weeks of arrival, we had identified the home we wanted. We thought Matt was great to this point, but this is where he went well above and beyond our expectations. He handled all of the negotiations with the sellers, helped us find common ground on some potential sticking points, and even contributed greatly during the final walk through. As the result of his efforts, we were able to close on our home on March 1st, less than 60 days after first seeing it. We have bought and sold 7 homes in our 30+ years of marriage, and our experience with realtors had not been stellar. Matt actually made the process enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable of the local real estate market, communicated well throughout the process, and served as our advocate from beginning to end. Although we were there at the peak of the busy season, we felt like we were Matt's only priority. He occasionally showed us properties over the years and quickly investigated our questions or concerns -- his patience was endless. When we finally decided to buy, Matt went into high gear, communicating and guiding us through the negotiation and closing process. He was incredibly efficient, anticipating what came next and solving problems before we knew there was a problem. He never identified an issue for which he did not already have a well-reasoned, recommended solution. But Matt’s assistance didn’t stop with the closing. He continued to problem- solve for us, for example, overseeing the installation of a radon system (paid for by the seller) and the subsequent inspections (since we live out of state). | I chose Matt based on a recommendation from a friend. I was not disappointed in the service and attention that I received through the whole process. I started with Matt over a year ago with the thought of selling a house In New York and buying some property down here. It was a slow process on the New York side but Matt made himself available to me and answered all the questions that I had. He was involved as much as I wanted him to be until the New York situation worked out. He provided me with listings in the areas that I was interested in and kept me updated on the market changes and did not pressure me or stretch the realities at all. When the house in NY was almost ready to go on the market we really started to take a more proactive approach and Matt was on top of everything as it came up. He always answered my emails and phone calls and even anticipated things that he knew I would ask and was prepared with answers. If there was something he did not know, he would say so and get me answers right away. What really helped out is that he surrounded me with a team of professionals that made me feel like they were working just for me and had my best interests covered. Everything from the lender to the title search office was spot on. I believe this is due to Matt being particular with who he works with and only surrounds himself with people that work the way that he does. Very thorough and professional! This home purchase was actually a foreclosure purchase and these things can get complicated very quickly. Matt handled each step and hurdle and kept the process going. He handled the negotiations and kept things in check. I believe I made the right choice by having him as my agent and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home.
