New construction, Resale, Condominiums, Townhomes! I love my job and have developed relationships with a number of builders and understand the home values that are offered.
King County has a abundance of choice from waterfront to rural living. It is the buyer's lifestyle that will need to be addressed when deciding on what area of King County to pursue.
Mountains, Puget Sound, rivers, lakes, parks, sports fields, golf courses, recreational facilities are in great supply in King and Pierce County. There are city planned festivals, farmers markets, sports events, theatre....activity is part of the culture here in the Pacific Northwest.
Master planned communities to small developments are located throughout King and Pierce County. Some of these communities offer 55+ living, common area, sports courts, club houses and other amenities to provide homeowners ease of living.
My primary focus is South King County. One fascinating is Renton which is appealing due to location and amenities. Home inventory is moving in Renton as buyers find value in new construction and resale. There are some move-up buyers in the area as they understand selling low and buying low are just numbers on paper.
For greater value, driving further South on Hwy 169 will lead you into Covington. An emerging city that offers a smaller city with great potential for controlled growth. Home Inventory has prices between $100,000 in the Timberlane community to $2+ million on acreage. There is also a small 55+ community on Witte Road priced in the $300's.
My job is to understand the values of my client, their financial real estate goals, the current market and guide the client through the processes toward a successful closing.
As the Designated Broker of this boutique real estate firm I reviewed 1,000's of transaction sides and I have personally sold hundreds of homes in my career. I know & teach the processes for a successful transaction and I am familiar with the tools people use to search for a home. |I would highly recommend working with Nancy Hill. Although we were just selling a condo, she treated us like it was a 500k home. She knew what we needed to do to get it sold, and we received multiple offers. I never expected anything like that from an Issaquah condo. A true professional who knows her business and very knowledgeable at that as well but what impressed me the most is how efficient she was when we finally met at the condo I was going to sell with a complete personalized portfolio of our's and the entire Kirkland's listings/sales and comparisons and said that she would display a reader board on the wall with everything the town had to offer because of the fact that it was the lifestyle that would be one of the deciding factors of the sale and that she would also list it on YouTube and Facebook. She was the only one that was so enthusiastic and eager while giving us our time and privacy and letting us know that whenever we are ready and whatever questions we may have she was there and punctual with the response and had everything and everyone lined up once the decision was made. I cannot say enough of this amazing broker other than she is EXCELLENT!!! Due to her excellent salesmanship and knowledge of how home buyers actually value a home (this is sometimes different than how a bank appraiser might valuate a home), our home sale exceeded the highest price per square foot of the neighborhood|
|Nancy is incredible. My wife and I hired Nancy to find us a house on acreage. It had to be the right house but we didn't know what the right house was until we saw it. Nancy stuck with us for a very long time, much longer than any other agent would have, and showed us many properties. We asked things of here that required a lot of research and phone calls. She was extremely pro-active making the calls and finding out the needed information and following up with us always.
