What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?I have been in real estate for over 20 years and work with both buyers and sellers.  I am a Certified Residental Specialist (CRS) and a graduate of the Realtors Instutite (GRI).  I have worked raw land, presales, new construction, existing homes, commerical, homes on land and everything in between.

Not only am I in real estate but my husband Jack Swaisgood is as well and we are partners and both work for RE/MAX NORTHWEST REALTORS.  My mother Toni Nolf works in real estate as well and my daughter Natalee Thurston is also a Realtor and on the board of Realtors.

We have three children and 9 grandchildren that we are very involved with.  Besides our children and grandchildren we are very involved with our mothers.  I am at open houses on almost every Friday with mine.

We have horses and those are lots and lots of fun for both of us.  I ride one of ours 1/2 way across the State of Washington from Easton to Idaho on the John Wayne Trail.  I spend as much time as I can up riding in the mountains with my husband, a daughter a grandchild, friends or just by myself.

I was raised in Bothell on a large Tennessee Walking Horse ranch so horses and land are a way of life for me. The reason that I love selling in Duvall where I live and everything to the north of me.  I do find myself to the south in Carnation and areas to the south of that much of the time too.  Have worked selling in Woodinville, Bothell, Clearview and Maltby for most of my years in real estate and really know those areas. 

My husband and I owned a real estate company north of Bothell before joining RE/MAX years ago.  I grew up where Mill Creek is now so it was like "being home."

I love real estate because I really like people and like to see them find what they are looking for and being able to purchase it.
