I am the Broker-of-Record and Owner of Century 21 At the Shore Realty. I have 30 years experience in the industry. I am a member of National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors. Member of Ocean County Board Of Realtors, Member of Monmouth-Ocean MLS, Member of Jersey Shore MLS, Trend MLS and the Garden State MLS. I have just recently been elected as the President-Elect of the WCR, Ocean County Chapter. Member of the Grievance Committee for OCBR and a Member of Professional Standards Committee for OCBR. This year I am serving once again as a Director for the Ocean County Board of Realtors and have been appointed to a three-year term starting in 2009.

About 25% of the residents are "snow birds" or vacation home owners.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Education and Business. Over the span of 30 years I have taken many courses and received many designations and certifications in residential and commercial real estate. I have completed the full series of management courses offered through the Century 21 Learning System. In addition to this I hold an Residential Appraisers License.

The beauty with me in my photo is Sarah Rose, my grandbaby. That photo was taken in the lobby of the office. Sarah Rose and her Mom, my daughter Jennie come and visit every Friday. Sarah Rose turned 22 months old on Ocotber 12 and she is so much fun. We spent time on the beach this summer chasing the waves and the sea gulls and collecting and painting shells.
