Nancy is a transplant from the Denver Colorado area and has lived in the north Phoenix, Arizona for over 30 years and has over 31 years experience in mortgage lending and as a licensed real estate agent.  She is a graduate of the Realtor® Institute as a G.R.I. ®; and C.S.S.N. ®  (Certified Short Sale Negotiator Designation) and A.H.W.D. ® (At Home with Diversity Certificate).  Lately, Nancy has been training to becoming a short sale and foreclosure specialist.
