I retired from Bellsouth with 33 years service 

I attended Nashville Technical College for 3 years completing the following residential related courses before becoming a home inspector

1. Home maintenance (which included plumbing and electrical courses)

2. General and finish carpentry, block laying, brick laying.

3. Plan Reading

4. Codes Inspection

5. I was a professional member of the International Codes Council for 3 years

6. I obtained my re-certification as a Residential Building Inspecter by The International Codes Council in 2005

7. I obtained a Diploma from Thompson Education Direct

8. I am a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors

9. In addition to the required E & O, and General Liability Insurance Coverage, I have Refferal Coverage which extends the coverage to anyone recommending my services.

10. I have been inspecting homes since April 2001

11. I am a ember of the Dickson Country Chamber of Commerce

12. I am a certified Mold Sampler

13. I am available Monday thru Saturday

14. I work in the Middle Tennessee area, serving Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Humphreys, Perry, Cheatham, Houston, Sumner, Wilson, and Montgomery counties.
