I have been focused on the art of real estate sales throughout my career. I graduated from Clemson in 2006 with a degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate and have used that knowledge to achieve fantastic results for my clients.
I was Rookie of the Year in 2009 and have sold 23 houses and $4M in the last 12 months. I believe that my success is due to my local knowledge, negotiation skills and a hands-on-approach to my business.
Local Knowledge: The Upstate has always been my home. Having lived here my whole life helps me understand the trends in our housing market and find a neighborhood that fits their needs.

My sales background and training helps me achieve great results for my clients and helps me not only negotiate the contract but also negotiate repairs and work with the lender and attorney to get the deal closed.
