Our family has been blessed to have found John and Mysti and been 100% pleased with their performance. Our daughter's have also bought and sold houses with John and Mysti. | We met John and Mysti Sturges when making an appointment to view a home. Looked at home and other homes that were similar. Ending up buying the home. In working with John and Mysti we decided that they did such a great job with our purchase of the new home, we had to use them for the sale of our old home. This was one of our best possible decisions we could have made. They were instrumental in helping us get our home ready to go on the market and then hosted an incredible open house that yielded multiple offers within 24 hours. Contract was signed and we closed on the house within 30 days of the Contract date. John and Mysti know the market and they know the best way to get to the finish line. We would highly recommend them for anyone buying or selling a home in the area! |

| There are realtors; those who sell you houses. I had one of those. They sold me a house I had found online; so not such a hard task. Then it came time to sell my house. The realtor I bought my new house with seemed unhelpful in many areas. A business acquaintence recommended John Sturges. I contacted John and he became my new realtor. Wow. What a difference. A true professional but in a casual, friendly way. He knows his business and is good at it. I have no doubt of his honesty and integrity. Our timing was perfect!! We decided to buy a house before selling our old house. NO PROBLEM. Our neighborhood was one that had a high demand and our house was in great condition. However, the day we bought the new house, the housing market...came tumbling down. So you see, John had his work cut out for him in selling our house in that market. He did great. I know that he truly did the best for me and honestly got me the best possible price for my house. |

| John and Mysti were amazing!! We sold our house in 5 days and had 3 offers over asking price.....in this economy!! They helped us stage the house perfectly, and all the little touches with candles and music really had an impact on the potential buyers. Our Web Site presence was very impressive and created a ton of activity. Having a copy of previous utility bills was a great suggestion too. Of course these transactions never go perfectly and this is when they Sturges' really shined. Negotiating after the inspection on a home is always a battle and they did a Fantastic job keeping our best interest in mind and got us the best deal possible. Everything closed on the scheduled day and we could not of had a better Realtor experience. |

| John and Mysti Sturges make a great team. The experiences that I have had with the Sturges is nothing but excellent, excellent, excellent. They have sold two houses for me and my family. The first home they sold for us had a contract the first week it went on market. The second home had a contract on it the second day it went on market. The home we live in now John negotiated with ease. When it was time for our second daughter to purchase her first home Mysti negotiated with ease. I have never met such dedicated people in my whole life...By the way I was not the only client they had at the time of my sales. They have a heart for people and a love for the market.....Yes they will be my life time relator. |
