When looking for a real estate professional to represent me in selling my home, especially in a market like now, I looked for four attributes; 1) Market Knowledge & Positioning, 2) Promotion & Sales, 3) Negotiation & Closing, and 4) Professionalism & Customer Advocacy. On the 46th day, I got two offers, on at full asking price.
