Well, this section is a tall order. During my real estate career I've sold and helped clients buy properties anywhere from a modest manufactured home to ocean front multi million dollar residences. In between these extremes I've handled condominiums, duplexes, large acreage land sales, a vineyard, mutli family/multi residential, and all classes of detached residences. Each have their respective challenges. No two properties are alike, and neither are the clients. My approach which has helped with all the challenges that can occur during a transaction is to approach each with a high degree of integrity and applied experience. And lets not forget we don't know everything so make sure you have a network of other professionals to help pave the way to successful closures and happy clients.
