My focus and expertise is in new construction, i specialize in developing rural property where roads, foundations, septics, wells, and new construction are necessary. I deal in all types of products as well, from manufactured, to modular, to from the ground up construction of new homes, garages, pole barns etc. I'm licensed and bonded throughout the state of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Western Montana (due to distance, don't provide anything west of Missoula, Mt.) I've sold and completed over 300 homes in the past 12 years. I always give my clients 120%.
