Michael co-founded WEICHERT, REALTORS® - New Colony in February 2007, as part of the Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. franchise. This linked New Colony Realtors, co-founded by Michael McKenna and David Vane in October of 2004, to one of the nation’s largest private providers of real estate services. Michael is a member of the Howard County Association of Realtors®, the Maryland Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors®, and the Howard County Chamber of Commerce. He is president of the Mid-Atlantic Broker Council, Weichert Real Estate Affiliates.
Michael grew up in Burtonsville, Md., and now resides in Columbia, Md. He graduated from Frostburg State University in 1999 with a bachelor of science degree in health and physical science with a minor in business management.
He donates to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, donates time and resources to Toys for Tots, and supports and sponsors The Columbia Home Tours.
