I have been licensed as a Georgia Real Estate Salesperson since 1990 when I begain my career in Commercial Property Management. I also managed homeowner and condo associations for 5 years. I began selling in 2000. I have been with Duffy Realty since 2003 when I was hired by Rhonda Duffy, our Broker at Duffy Realty of Atlanta, to be one of her partners as a Buyer's Agent. Now I have been there almost 5 years and love it.
Duffy Realty has established itself in the Atlanta real estate market as being a leader by introducing the flat-fee listing to the area. To date we have now listed over 8,000 homes. I specialize in Buyer's Agency representing buyers from the first time purchasers to the seasoned home owners. We pride ourselves on being experts on the purchase and sales agreements and make a buyer's presentation to all our buyers during an interview before we have them sign our buyer agency agreement/cash bonus. It is our goal to give a cash bonus back to every buyer after closing.
