| I can't say enough about Misty! She helped us buy two houses and sell the first, and we could never have done it without her. In the case of both purchases, we got homes we would never have found by searching online ourselves - and we got a steal in both cases. Moving around during the economic dip, we made money with Misty. She is one of the most tireless people I've ever met, driving around with us again and again until we found the house that was right for us - no rush. She's a bulldog negotiator - and a wonderful, giving person to boot. Some other agents just show up and sign papers, but Misty is exemplary of every possible advantage that working with an agent can actually give you. |

| jagarriott Client, Buyer Misty Hargis is the sole reason why my wife and I were able to buy our home. We had to reapply for our mortgage 3 times because the bank we were working with wasn't the best and the bank was not thorough. She stayed on top of our loan officer and refused to give up on us. Most Realtors would have given up on their clients after the second application not going through. Through her charisma, she was able to convince the seller and the seller's agent to stick with us ... which would seem impossible to do after 3 times of applying for a mortgage. Her background in lending definitely helped our cause. She was able to call the bank out on their lack of progress, which in turn forced them to do their job. She can also help you determine the best options you may have lending wise. Not only did she never give up on us during the loan application, she was very helpful during our house hunting. Misty would spend the whole day with my wife and I to find the perfect home. Misty would constantly looked for a home that fit our exact needs and within our price range. She never wasted our time with homes we wouldn't like. She's a very honest person and knowledgeable about her profession. When she walked through homes with us, she would point out things that were wrong, things that would have to be updated, and was able to tell us what it would cost. I fully recommend Misty to anyone who is wanting a home. I cannot thank her enough for getting us our first home. Without her we wouldn't have been able to. Misty will be our only Realtor in TN. You will not be able to find better. I look forward to working with her again when my wife and I decide to move out of our first house. |

| We were first time home buyers. Misty listened to what our family needs were and our wants. She searched for homes in our price range, showing what interested us. She answered all our question, every phone and every e-mail. She even answer questions, we didn't even think to ask. I felt though out the process.
