"The Leibowitz Boys" as Michael and Andrew Leibowitz are collectively referred to, are true successors to a superior real estate business tradition that was started in Connecticut in 1967 by their father Peter. After migrating to the Palm Beach area in the 80s, Peter bought and managed apartments, condominiums, and shopping centers in West Palm Beach and North Palm Beach, bringing Michael and Andrew in to assist him.  The next chapter of their lives led them to take over the resale operation at the exclusive onsite office in the luxury gated community of Frenchman's Creek. In the early 90s, Peter Leibowitz formed a partnership to purchase the remaining 55 + Lots from the original developers of Frenchman's Creek.  Peter came into Frenchman's Creek as the successor developer and put Michael and Andrew in the position of operating the on-site sales office to both develop new product as well as handle all re-sales.  This permitted them to successfully buy and sell the remaining fifty-five lots in the community.

Both Michael and Andrew Leibowitz claim, "Although we both had sold other residential real estate previously, running the on-site sales office at Frenchman's Creek exposed us to and gave us incredible experience dealing with the top half of 1% of wealth in the country buying $1,000,000 to $3,000,000 2nd and 3rd vacation homes.  Dealing with some of the shrewdest businessmen and women in the country forced us to learn the ropes very quickly and learn invaluable lessons about people and business.  We always say, "We are more about making relationships for the future than any single real estate deal."

After several years of success specializing only in Frenchman's Creek, and with enthusiastic support from clients and friends, Peter, Michael and Andrew decided to move out of the Frenchman's on-site office and expand to an office off-site providing distinctive high quality service to buyers and sellers in Frenchman's Creek as well as the many other luxury gated golf communities in the Jupiter, Juno Beach and the Palm Beach Gardens area. This decision to expand enabled them to become the leading off site sales team in BallenIsles, Mirasol, Steeplechase and of course Frenchman's Creek.  Their most recent expansions include an office on the island of Palm Beach at 210 Brazilian Avenue a few years ago and their BRAND NEW OFFICE at MIDTOWN at PGA - 4867 PGA Blvd., PBGardens, FL 33418 - among the areas premier restaurants, condos, shops, etc. and in the heart of their market of country club communities!  Their business has expanded to include top producing Realtors to join them in servicing their niche of luxury home buyers and they can now serve their clients better than ever!
