I've always been in sales. I like selling real estate. And to date, I've been pretty successful at it. I applied the same principles that worked for me in the past. Honesty, integrity, product knowledge, and follow through are what I believe are the qualities that make a person sucessful at what they do. Customers believe in me, I seldom lose sellers. Buyers can be fickle, but I do my best to help them up to the point of making a decision. I'm not a hard sell, pushy sort of person. I get a lot of referrals, and that's always a sign that people are satified with your work. I've tailored my business to the internet consumer and continue to look for ways to further broaden my marketing and advertising scope.
I'm not going to put a label on myself. Am I a luxury home specialist? Maybe, I've sold homes 5 homes over $500,000. Am I a waterfront specialist? Maybe, I've sold quite a few waterfront homes, and l live in one of them. Am I a re-location specialist? Maybe, I work with many out of market buyers. Am I a short-sale specialist? No, I refer those over to other agents. Do I do rentals? No, but my partner does. In short, I've sold homes in all price categories up to $750,000, listed homes up to $1.3 million, listed condos,listed vacant land, listed commercial properties, and provided opinions of price for customers. And I put forth my best effort in all of these disciplines. I do spend time learning my profession.
