We have been located in NW Alabama for almost 10 years making us one of the oldest and experienced companies in our area. Any program that is out there and available today we can offer it to you, including FHA, VA, HUD, Conventional, reverse mortgages, and USDA rural development. In todays market and struggle of the conventional market, the governmental programs are becoming more popular as they allow for lower credit scores and down payment. We are currently one of only a few companies that actually have full HUD approval to offer any and all governmental programs available. Also, we are a mortgage bank, not broker which will only benefit our customers in being able to offer them lower rates, faster service, more programs, multi-state lending, and lower fees. If it can be done, we can do it better than anyone.
Certifications
With multiple loan officers throughout NW Alabama from Birmingham to Florence, our specialty is making mortgage loans. We can handle any and all types of properties including land, residential, farm, and commercial properties. We have reverse mortgages which are great means of increasing monthly income for our elderly. Again we are a HUD approved mortgage bank which allows us to be able to offer our customers any program available with faster service and lower rates.
