My name is Michael Hall, but everyone calls me Mick. I was born and raised in London but have lived and worked in many countries around the world before settling in Northern California 13 years ago.
Before becoming an agent with the Coldwell Banker Doug Arnold team, I was an Armorer in the Royal Air Force for 23 years. My work ethic, integrity, teamwork, and strong communication skills have served me well in both realms.
I enjoy the variety of real estate: meeting people, discovering new homes, using technology to find the best ways to present and exchange information with my clients. I know the importance of paying close attention to the details along the way, including listening well, communicating effectively, and always being available. When it comes to buying or selling a home, finding the right Agent is imperative, and as a full time agent, my clients can expect:
Local knowledge, specifically Natomas & North Sacramento neighborhoods
Advice and guidance throughout the entire buying/selling process … and beyond
Patience- whether it takes one week or one year, I’ll help you find the right home
Taking the time to listen is the most important element in a successful real estate relationship. Earning your respect and trust is my mission as we work together to achieve your goal.
My wife and I are very proud to call Sacramento home for the last four years and enjoy traveling, cooking and baking, going to the movies, and watching soccer, especially Sacramento Republic. My other hobbies include reading Military History & Science Fiction, model kit making, chess, wargaming.
Feel free to contact me anytime, whether it's to get started on the buying or selling process... or just to ask a question.
