Michael has been involved in the Investment Real Estate Field for over ten (10) years. Michael has been the invited speaker to Investment Groups from literally Coast to Coast in the United States and is the Co-Host of the Nationally followed "Cash In On Charlotte" podcast. Michael's success in the Investment Real Estate field has been noticed by many, including the NC Realtor of the Year and #1 Trainer of Real Estate Agents in North Carolina, Bill Gallagher. Bill invited Michael to create an Investment Course for Realtors which resulted in teaching several thousand Realtors per year on how to be an "investment Realtor".

Michael was then asked by members of the Robert Kiyosaki and Russ Whitney Educational Seminar Group to be the Invited Key Speaker in Investment Real Estate for all their events held in North Carolina. Michael was also interviewed by ABC News Nightline along with Hugh McColl (formerly CEO of Bank of America) on the state of the Charlotte North Carolina Region and his thoughts as to why the market continues to flourish while so many others are losing ground.

Michael has built up a team that assists clients from all over the United States and Internationally on their purchases of Investment Real Estate in the Carolina's region.
