About Me

A serial entrepreneur, I have been part of the Silicon Valley community for over 28 years. Prior to Archers Homes, I ran a successful network solutions business for eight years with over $11 million in annual revenue before completing the full-time MBA program at the USC Marshall School of Business, concentrating in finance and entrepreneurship.

Today, I'm regularly helping first time home buyers and investors find great properties around the Bay Area.  From properties as small as $105K to $20 million, I evaluate and structure investment deals to achieve 7-13% CAP rates or facilitate debt financing to deliver leveraged cash-on-cash returns of up to 35%.  I work with international buyers and investors from Canada, Singapore, China, HK and Taiwan to find investment and luxury properties and structure purchases.

I bridge theory and practice to help property investors understand the financial implications of becoming an owner, from property expenses to tax benefits.  With over 12 years as a real estate investor, I help identify target properties with the proper investment grade characteristics and provide the financial analysis tools to properly evaluate the quality of cash flows, equity growth potential, and risk-adjusted returns. 

In 2011-2012, I closed over $40 million in commercial real estate, farm land, and business transactions around California.  Along with being a registered Investment REALTOR, a California licensed real estate broker (DRE# 01886927), and a mortgage loan originator (NMLS# 376180), I'm also FINRA Series 63 and 65 licensed for investment advisory and securities.
