Hello, I'm Michaela Douglas and I am the newest addition to Terrie O'Connor Realtor's Ridgewood Group. I was born and raised in Ridgewood and still currently live in the North Jersey Area in Hawthorne. In living here my entire life I have gained a comprehensive knowledge of the current housing market, the quality of schools & useful information on the downtown area. I was inspired to join the real estate business after my mother, Joanne, who was also a Realtor with TOCR Ridgewood, was diagnosed with lung & liver cancer in April. I decided to pursue a license so that I could pick up any clients that she had already started working with. But as I gained more knowledge and interest I became excited to generate my own leads and potential customers.I am youthful, energetic, optimistic and enthusiastic to work with you. I am ready and willing to use my negotiation skills on your behalf to find you the best deal in either buying or selling your home. I also hope to specialize in working with college age consumers to match them with apartments, condos, townhouses or even their first home! When September rolls around I will return to campus as a full time Sophmore- I am more enthusiastic about school than most kids that attend WPU.
