| Mia Ellison is a wonderful agent willing to go above and beyond for her clients. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the South Bay area, providing great insight into desirable areas and more. She is very responsive, regardless the hour or the silliness of the question. We worked with her in the purchase of two homes and the listing of one; all transactions of which went smoothly and successfully thanks in large part to Mia's expertise and support. Not only will we most certainly work with her again in the future, we've already referred several friends to her and will continue to do so. | My company closed its office and I had to relocate to another state for work. I needed to sell my home before I left California. What complicated matters was my heavy travel schedule which didn't give me much time to be involved with the details of the sale of my home. I was very nervous about selling in California because of the economy. It became evident that I needed to pick the right agent. After interviewing sales agents I selected Mia Ellison. What attracted me to Mia was her willingness to do whatever she could to calm all my fears. Mia made recommendations to increased the attractiveness of my home for a quick sale. I took her advise and made the very low cost changes. Immediately, thereafter, we had an open house and I got an offer. When I compared my past agents I can honestly say that Mia has been the best real estate agent I've ever had. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Who would of thought I could sell my home in California that quick and in a depressed economy. Obviously, she's the master of her trade. The proof is how quickly my home sold. If I every return to California, Mia will be my agent |
