I understand service.  The first thing you want as a person seeking a real estate professional is service.  I have been in the service industry since my first job in highschool.  I was a pit beef cook behind a glass wall and on display for restaurant patrons to watch as I worked the hickory charcoal and large slabs of prime beef.  Through the years, my career has revolved around service with a smile.

I understand business.  Recently, I worked as a corporate chef with ten employees.
