We specialize in helping Tampa Bay real estate sellers, real estate investor buyers and luxury waterfront homeowners in Tampa Bay. I am passionate about helping my Luxury Home sellers and buyers. My combined passions of real estate and education serve our people well. We are about doing the right thing, no matter what. Knowing the market and educating our people on it is the hallmark of our success. Developing a meaningful relationship with every person we can help is of utmost importance to us.

I am married to my business partner who is also a REALTOR®, with one teenage son, a King Charles Cavalier, Sprinkle, who makes me laugh daily, and one cat, Crazy Hazy. Our family, yet small, is full of love and laughter.

We moved to Apollo Beach because of a job transfer in 2005. In 2017, after 12 years of living the Mirabay/Apollo Beach Lifestyle - we moved our family to South Tampa to be closer to our son's high school and to save hours spent in the car to commute there. The heart of our business remains in the SouthShore area of Tampa Bay and we have expanded our areas of expertise and opportunities to the Downton and South Tampa markets.

We have a goal to refer 200 reputable businesses to help people this year. Through our relationships with people, businesses and trusted partners we expect to close on a sales of volume of approximately $40M in Tampa Bay Real Estate this year.
