Myrna has over 10 years of combined real estate experience.  Within a year of receiving her license, Myrna earned the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation.  The GRI designation is an honor that only a small percentage of real estate agents achieve.  Myrna earned her At Home With Diversity: One America Certificate in 2001.  This certificate is awarded to members of the National Association of Realtors who meet eligibility requirements to work with the growing numbers of multicultural and minority buyers and sellers.  

Myrna earned  her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)  designation in 2004.  Only 4% of REALTORS are CRS.  The Certified Residential Specialist Designation is the highest credential awarded to sales agents in residential real estate, and reflects their commitment to better serving their clients. Myrna continues to be in the top 5% of agents nation wide, and Platinum Club award winner.

Before becoming a REALTOR, Myrna was co-owner of a successful soils engineering firm in Carlsbad for ten years.  Experience gained from this pursuit enhanced her strong negotiating abilities.  For a short time, Myrna, did real estate appraisal and soon realized her passion was in real estate sales.
