About ‘Merry Homes Real Estate’...

For those of you who don’t already know me, my name is Merry LaRoche.  I am a life-long resident of Danbury, Connecticut, and married to Kevin LaRoche, a New Fairfield native.  I am also the Broker/Owner of Merry Homes Real Estate.

I became a licensed Realtor in 2004 and for the first part of my real estate career worked locally for Century 21, then moved to G.M. Realty where I specialized in new-construction site Sales Management.  For 6+ years I enjoyed managing the Sales for “Newbury Village”, a new-construction town-home community in Brookfield, CT.  While there, I successfully sold and closed over $25,000,000 in custom, luxury Town and Coach Homes, but the greatest reward by far came in the form of the lasting relationships that were created with each sale to the incoming residents of the community.

Merry Homes Real Estate opened its doors for business in early 2012, with myself as the Broker/Owner.  As a Realtor, I believe in the ‘Great American Dream of Home Ownership’, and the preservation of family values.  My goal is simple:  to provide home buyers and sellers with excellence in service, experience, knowledge, and most importantly, trust.

Please call or e-mail me if you, or someone you know, are interested in selling or purchasing a home.  I offer a complimentary Market Analysis of your home for home Sellers, and a complimentary Buyer Counseling Session for those interested in purchasing a home.
