I have been a licensed Realtor for over 25 years and, in that time, have helped hundreds of folks, young and old, find the perfect home tor them. My certifications come from a long history of experience, knowledge and honesty. The proof comes from my long list of clients who return time and time again when selling their current home, or buying another. I don't claim to be the best, but I DO claim to be ONE OF them.
I cannot say I "specialize" in any one area. I have listed and sold homes in the million dollar price range and below. Although I mostly handle residential properties, I have sold "historical" farms and current day farms, large and small, Church's and retirement properties. I love to work on both ends of the spectrum, both first time buyers, as well as retirees looking to down size.
