I have handled regular transactions between sellers and buyers for over 29 years.  I am familiar with new construction, new construction sales, property development, resales, short sales and REO/Corporate work.  Most aspects of Real Estate have not changed since the market began.  The public buys a home from emotion, and affordability. It's a dream, that you can touch and create.  My job is to help make that dream a reality by using the technological tools offered to me, and by personal interviews between the buyers and sellers.  No matter how Technologically savy you are, the personal touch will always make the transaction go smoothly, efficiently and a truely memorable experience.
