 As a RE/MAX agents, we take all calls on your property.  Nobody knows the home better than the listing agent.  Traditional offices have "phone time," in which case the agent may be new or may not have even seen your home.  At RE/MAX, there is no "phone time."

 As a RE/MAX agent, we control all advertising on your home.  Frequency, mode, and placement are up to us, not the company.  In traditional companies, your home is usually put into rotation, leaving you and the agent very little control.

 RE/MAX agents are leaders in the real estate field.  Because of the way the RE/MAX system is set up, agents need to be at a certain level before this structure would work for them.  Therefore, you do not get the new or the part-time agents that you do in other franchises.

 When you choose Katie McBride and The McBride Team, you have true professionals who are marketing your property and servicing you.  Katie has sold real estate since graduating from college in 1988.  She was an owner of RE/MAX Executive Realty for several years before selling ownership in order to concentrate all efforts on working with her clients.  Debbie Brosseau, who doubles as the Administrative Assistant, is a licensed real estate salesperson and is involved with every transaction.  She owns income property and is familiar with all aspects of residential real estate.  If one of us is away, you have someone covering that has extensive knowledge of your property.  Because we are lifelong residents of the area, our knowledge of it is extensive.  Also, because we have chosen to reside here, it is easy to recommend and speak about the area in a positive way.

 Our strategy is to provide personal service on an individual basis.  We handle the detail work such as mechanical and termite inspections, title work, earnest money, appraisal, mortgage work.  We stay in touch with you so that you will know what is going on and where we are in the marketing process.  We help maintain the property by supplying the names of competent contractors, especially if your property is vacant and you are out of town.  We show you consideration because we know you are living in your home, and it is difficult to have it ready to show all the time.

We  know you are concerned about the sale of your home.  We pledge to take a sincere interest in getting it sold.
