His advice along the way helped keep us from getting caught up in a bidding frenzy . . . offering more than what a house was worth for us. Even though we thought we had lost our dream house, we ended up getting one much better at a better value. Marco's many years of experience came in very handy for us. | Marco is one of the few agents who understands the need and budget of the buyer and makes recommendations accordingly instead of imposing something which is not right. He also does not haste the entire process and is always ready to spend as much time as required. We were working on a property that i was interested in but I wasn't sure if I will get it, So i was thinking of buying another one which we saw earlier. Although I was little bit reluctant to put an offer since this was not my first choice but I didn't want to lose both. Marco actually suggested that I should not put an offer on something I do not like and assured me that he will find something better in case I did not get that. This is the kind of quality which is rare in agents. I would recommend him for all my friends and family. |

| Marco was really GREAT to work with because I had never purchased a home by myself before and he made me feel very comfortable with ALL of the questions I had to ask. Acquiring a loan and all that that entails was quite interesting and at times confusing for me to understand. Marco took the time and effort to explain in great detail how the process works so that I knew exactly what I was doing before signing ANY documents. | Wow, Marco is simply the best. Smart, quick, consistent and loyal. He sold and bought all of our houses, as well as my friends and associates. Marco will defend and protect you, will negotiate until he gets what you want, many times even reducing his cut to close the deal, to your satisfaction. Marco is a "full-service" guy. Have to tell you, he will pre-arrange all pre- and post services. You just come and get your keys. And if you want more, Marco will arrange it as well. | I met Marco through a common friend. I had no knowledge about buying a house or the location to buy in. I actually had absolutely no clue what I wanted. I was given complete knowledge of the process step by step and in detail. We had couple of meetings before even we started looking for houses to understand my needs. I was shown a couple of houses and each time Marco would learn about my likings on each visit and would also give valuable insights on each and every house. At no point of time I was pressured into anything. He was also very cooperative and flexible about working with my loan agent. He also negotiated well with the seller and I got my end of the bargain! | Marco helped us with the purchase of our rental properties outside the Tri-valley area. I can't say enough great things about Marco. He's incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, upbeat and a great guy. Marco is not like the typical real estate agent, that comes across like a used car salesman. | * When we put our home on the market, Marco gave us incredible insight into what price point to set it at and assured us we would get offers at that price, which I initially thought was too high. Sure enough our house got an offer ABOVE that price and he was very helpful during our closing process in working with the other agent. * When we purchased our current home, he gave us immediate insight into the markets and was diligent about showing us exactly what we wanted to see in our price range. What I appreciated in him was his honesty and commitment to helping us. We found a place that was perfect for us and Marco was wonderful in working with the other agent and using his local connections to make sure we got our offer accepted. * He even showed up with boxes to help us move! |
