Maverick Inspection Services has over a decade of experience in the field of construction and inspection. We are experienced in and have a thorough understanding of general construction procedures and methods, wood destroying organism identification and treatment methods, mold identification and remediation, hurricane wind mitigation inspection and retrofit methods. We continue teaching and learning about these various trades. Our inspectors are polite, clean cut and professional. They frequently volunteer their time, skills and abilities in the community when needed. As an example, during the 2004 hurricane season that devastated Florida, our inspectors volunteered on roofing crews to quickly repair homes throughout Central Florida. None received payment for their work and some even spent money out of their own pockets to help others by means of donation. Our inspectors also volunteer their time in local Community Emergency Response Teams and are C.E.R.T. certified.

Maverick Inspection Services, LLC is an active member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors License #: NACHI07010304. We are JVI Inspection Division approved inspectors for JVI-ERMI Mold / Air Quality inspections and Chinese Drywall Inspections. We are licensed Florida Department of Agriculture approved inspectors for WDO or Termite Inspections License #: JE70883. We were My Safe Florida Home approved inspectors for the Florida Department of Financial Services wind mitigation inspection program since its inception. Our service area covers all of Central Florida including Orange County, Seminole County, Volusia County, Brevard County, Lake County and Osceola County.
