| "Back in July of 2010 my husband and I decided to downsize our house and we put it on the market with one of our local realtors for a year. We did not have anyone interested enough to offer us a contract. So after a year we decided to put it up for FSBO. Mason Barrett came by just to show us the way Keller Williams markets their real estate and we were very impressed with the way Keller Williams does their business. So after the FSBO expired, well we self expired then we listed with another realtor that was a good friend of ours. It was for 6 months, well when that one expired we wanted to go with mason because we were so please with the way Keller Williams markets their real estate and the way mason was so willing to give his time just to let us know about it whether we got the contract or not, so with the attitude of his we felt like that was the person we needed to go with. So we contacted mason on the 19th of July and the 2nd week in august we had a contract. The experience was wonderful. He did all the prep for everything for us and allowed us to just be able to enjoy the sale of our house. And now we are in the process of building. The people that bought it are just delighted with the house and delighted with the way it was handled.
