I have been in the mortgage business for 23 years and in this business experience matters!  I grew up in Central Florida and graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Administration/Finance.  I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, a designation that involves intense training and annual continuing education requirements.  I also graduated from America's Reverse Mortgage Academy in 2007.
