I've resided in California for over 30 years, and provided excellent full-time real estate services since 1990. I've continually earned the Master Club award since 1993, and actively associated with the Citrus Board of Realtors, East Valley Association of Realtors, member of the California Board of Realtors, and the National Assoc. of Realtors.  I  find my Real Estate career most enjoyable, because I've experienced through-out the years how I've made a difference in people's life by either selling their home for the highest value possible, finding them their dream home, or a great investment property.  All of these being one of the biggest investments in one's life.  Providing the best possible service and knowledge by continuous real estate education. Knowledge - keeping abreast of real estate market conditions, and taking the proper real estate educational programs offered. I've earned the SCP (Certified Short Sale Professional) recently to assist sellers who are in some type of hardship, and are in need to selll their home.

Loyalty, integrity and total commitment from the beginning of the transaction to the closing of the escrow are the most important factors to me.  The referrals from past clients is proof of the loyalty I'v earned from them.
