I have been a licensed Realtor since 1980 so as you can imagine I've ridden the real estate roller coaster over the years! In the late 1970s I worked for a large mortgage company and obtained a degree in Loan Processing from Mortgage Bankers of America (MBA).  I qualified for the Life-Time Top Achiever's Club through the Association of Realtors and am Quality Service Certified (QSC). 

I purchased my first home in 1980 in the Bay Area where I worked on a new home tract/subdivision.  In 1984 I sold that home and moved to El Dorado County. Over the years I have either lived or worked in Cameron Park, Shingle Springs, Placerville and Pollock Pines and yes, I have seen a ton of changes in this beautiful area~ 

Besides selling homes and land, there's a great opportunity for ALL of us to save gas $$$$$ and make $$$$$.  I personally now use this product, a fuel additive which was only recently approved by the EPA in America but has been used in Europe and Asia for over 14 years and 15 BILLION road tested miles! As a long-time Realtor, I have experienced and learned a whole lot about what it takes to do the best job in the representation of my clients.  With the market ever-changing, I think it's important to continue learning and not get stuck in a rut.....

On the Buyer(s) end I enjoy writing 'clean' contracts and negotiating the best deal on their behalf. I prefer to present the offer directly to the Seller but in this market, with many vacant homes and out-of-area Sellers that is not always possible. In that case I will write a letter to the Seller to substantiate the price, terms, and usually add personal comments about the home and the Buyer/my client.  Part of my job is to 'sell the Seller' my clients and their offer!

 

On the Seller(s) behalf I try to get them the most money for their property as I represent them in the best way possible, highly exposing their property through the internet highway....if they are facing possible foreclosure I will make the time to explain their options without obligation.
