I have lived in Branson since 2000.  We moved here straight out of college so my wife could follow her life long dream of performing on stage. 

We fell in love with the area and have made some incredible friendships along the way both through work and our church family.  We started a family in 2008, and now have a beautiful 4 year-old little girl, and a two year old little boy who is awesome!

I have worked around real estate most of my adult life.  From buying investment properties to finishing out basements to installing trim, doors, hardwood floors and tile, I have done just about everything.  It just seemed like a natural fit to get licensed as a REALTOR.

I feel that the experiences that I have had over the past 12 years working on houses gives me a unique advantage to helping people buy and sell houses.  I know what to look for and point out what needs to be fixed before the property gets listed, or how to use what needs to be fixed as a negotiation tool to get a lower price for my buyers. 

I didn't get into real estate to just make a quick buck off of someone buying or selling a home.  My intention is to help people to move on to the next phase of life, whether that is selling their existing home so they can move closer to family or retire in Florida, or it is a first time buyer or retiree looking for that perfect home in the Ozarks to start a family in or retire in a peaceful country setting.
