I am owner of Velocity Group Investments LLC, a real estate investment and note buying company. Since 2007, we have worked with investors nationwide on a variety of real estate projects such as short sales, REOs and renovating homes to resale.
Currently, we focus on buying non performing first lien notes on residential and commercial properties across the US with an emphasis in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Indiana, Texas, and Georgia. We purchase for our own portfolio and help investors earn high yield returns backed by real estate. We are continuously expanding our network of investors to joint venture with.
We also buy and renovate single and multi-family properties in the San Diego and Riverside Counties.
