| I first came to know Mark Haynes when a friend recommended him and gave me his card. I was not the most qualified applicant and was told that he helped people like myself who were looking to buy a house. I didn’t waste anytime, I called Mark right then and explained my situation. I was very encouraged when he said that would not be a problem and set an appointment to meet in his office. Mark helped me though the whole process and did an exceptional job because there were many challenges with the property I was applying to purchase. He stood by and worked with the realtor on the seller’s side to work out any problems and demands the banks were making when I am certain that most would have just not gone that far to make my deal work. In summary, I highly recommend Mark when you need the services of a realtor because he is the sole reason why I own my home today. The next time I need a realtor, I will be calling on the services of Mr. Mark Haynes. |

| Last year, after having a bad experience with another Realtor I had given up on the idea of purchasing a new home. I felt the whole process was too time consuming and not worth the trouble, it had been over 7 months and the only result was disappointment. Six months later, I came across an ad in the PennySaver that sounded too good to be true ($500 down moves you in). I was curious, so I called and spoke to Mark and had asked him for information on the program, I didn’t tell him that I had no intention of buy anything. The next day, I met with Mark at his office and started telling him what I wanted my first home to be. The following day, I was pre-approved and by the end of the week we were out on our first of 3 appointments to look at houses. It blew me away how prepared he was in such a short amount of time, having all the listings we were going to see already printed out before I got there and he never showed me a house that he hadn’t already seen before he showed me. It sounds so simple but that was not what I had experienced with my first agent! Within two weeks of meeting him I was in escrow in a place that had everything I asked for and more. Six weeks from then I got the keys to my new home! I could not have asked for a better experience than the one that Mark gave me!! I never thought a PennySaver ad could change someone’s life, but Mark’s sure did!! You are very fortunate to have him on your team! |

| My wife and I struggled to find a good, honest real estate agent that had their clients best interest at heart and not his pocket book. I attended one of Mark’s homebuyer workshop classes, and I knew that we would be in good hands from that point on. Mark was very helpful with all of our questions or concerns, and he really helped us personalize our search for our home. It only took us a few weeks to find our home and it was all that we were looking for and more! Great neighborhood, schools, and an affordable mortgage. | I come from a long line of renters. So after 20 years of renting, when I got the wild idea of buying a house, I was lost and I really needed to be guided through the process. With what I consider great luck I was referred to Mark Haynes; not only did Mark find a house that met my needs, he figuratively held my hand throughout the entire process. He and the other professionals involved in the process did an extraordinary job turning this long time renter into an owner. When I decided what property I wanted to buy, Mark was right there helping me with the decision and telling me all the pro’s and con’s.
