I am a resident of Whitehall. I have been involved in the construction and property management industries for over 10 years. I've been an avid real estate investor in the Lehigh Valley and Pocono areas for the past 4 years. I enjoy educating people about the real estate business including finance and personal credit, as well as basic construction skills. I have a B.S. degree from The Pennsylvania State University. When I'm not working on real estate, I enjoy playing ice hockey and spending time with my dog!

I like to represent buyers and find them the best deal possible. I enjoy educating first time home buyers on the process; I don't like my clients to just assume things. I find a large problem in real estate is that too many people just assume how and why things work; I like to stop and ask "why?" and gather an explanation as to why something is happening.

I have studied short sales and the foreclosure processes and feel very knowledgeable in those two areas. These are two very popular models of buying and selling right now, how could an agent not educate themselves on the matter!

I pride myself on providing a fresh prospective in real estate. "It's hard to teach an old dog new tricks." Too many "old school" agents just haven't adapted themselves to the current technology involved in buying and selling real estate. I keep current on the trends in emarketing and utilize these tools in order to find buyers in order to move my clients' homes as quickly as possible.

If you ask me to sell your home, I'm going to be honest. I do not want to come to your home and tell you that it is going to sell for $50K more than it's worth. Let's be honest with each other. I'll help you maximize the value of the home but we can not work in partnership with unrealistic expectations. I do not intend on placing your home on the market until it is ready to be viewed by buyers! Too many times I see homes demanding market value, but they should be sold to investors at a $50K discount in order to renovate! You can't show your home to buyers when the home is dirty, falling down, or it has easily visible mold (true story!)!
