Working in the city of Pleasanton, Calif., I am part of the team at Silicon Valley-based Rainmaker Properties, an independent brokerage centered on client relationships, adding my intimate knowledge of Alameda and Contra Costa counties. In addition to investment specialization, I have a comprehensive knowledge of distressed property sales, short sale selling strategies, bank owned properties, and the purchasing of foreclosure homes. Outside of a life-long profession in real estate, I am an avid basketball fan and enjoy coaching my sons in soccer, baseball, and basketball.
