A native Vermonter, I grew up in Essex Junction and graduated from UVM with a degree in Business Administration. I now live in Burlington, with my wife Lori and daughter Emma. I love living in Vermont (especially Lake Champlain!) and enjoy traveling, reading and following the Boston Celtics. I have been active in the mortgage industry for many years, serving as Vice President of Mortgage Financial since 1993. I was named one of the top 150 mortgage originators nationwide (number of closed loans) in 2009, 2010 and 2012 by industry publications the Scotsman Guide and Origination News. A founding member of the Vermont Mortgage Bankers Association in 1994, I have served as both an Officer and Board Member. I am a certified Mortgage Professional (CMP) with the Vermont Mortgage Bankers Association, and a Registered Mortgage Advisor (RMA) with the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants. Less than 1% of all mortgage officers nationwide have received the training necessary for this designation. Most importantly, I am dedicated to assisting my clients in developing the best mortgage plan that meets their individual needs.
