My experience combined with almost 18 years living in the Estero/Naples area will provide you with the tools necessary to make an informed decision that culminates in a positive experience in todays market. The bottom line is this... whether you are buying or selling, you want someone representing you that can provide you with results. My strong work ethic, comprehensive marketing plan, and the ability to think outside of the traditional way of doing things, continue to bring results to my clients. Yes, even in this market, results can be achieved. I am honest and straightforward with all my clients about the current market and I make sure your goals and expectations are realistic, but attainable. Once we are in agreement, I work for you everday.
My approach is this... I DO NOT simply list your home. I MARKET homes for my clients, aggressively. In fact, that is what you want in a REALTOR®, and I provide that level of service.
When I represent a buyer, I do research and I DIG deep to find the right home that fits their needs and then I aggressively negotiate on their behalf.
I spend time with all of my clients listening to them first, then I can understand their goals better and put a complete plan in place to obtain results.

I specialize in Southwest Florida real estate, both new and resale. With prior experience for one of the nations largest new home builders, I have first hand knowledge of how to best represent your interests when working with a new home builder.
I am very aggressive with my marketing when representing sellers and feel it is important to step outside the traditional boundaries of marketing. My goal is to bring the desired results to my clients who have trusted me to not just list their home, but to market their home resulting in a successful closing.
I take the same approach when representing buyers. I am thorough in my research to find the home that best fits the needs of my clients. I listen to my buyers and let them guide me with their needs and wants in a home. My direction is then guided through this initial conversation. Once we find the right home, I negotiate aggressively to obtain the best price and terms for my clients.
