The foundation of my experience is First time home Buyers. My passion is to give people all the available tools for the marketplace to have their transaction more efficient with a great understanding of their role as a home buyer . My clients include, Sellers of Short Sales and Regular Re-sale. Repeat business, business came full circle for me in 2013.  After 5 years in the business, cllients starting calling me back asking for help once again, and I could not have been happier.  It is my believe that no matter what is said in your advertising presence, if you prove your business model each time you are with your clients, you can only be rewarded.

You are fortunate as a Realtor, you get to choose how to work 65 hours per week.  What I do when I'm not in Realtor role...Mother, Artist and I love to Bike and Hike.  Do you know Colorado? climbing 14ers feels very 'Warrior' like to me.  The physical conquering is absolutely rewarding.  Canoeing on a river can be sheer liberation from all your life's work.
