     I prefer dealing with residential homes. I enjoy the finding, and previewing, and bringing buyers to the house that has the WOW factor for them. I love talking with sellers and hearing their history in the house and the whys of what brought them there. Each house is a snapshot in history.

    Before I began in real estate I was involved with my own housekeeping business while raising children, managing and selling greenhouse product, making quilts that have become family heirlooms, making and selling hundreds of dolls and craft items..... basically being entrepreneurial and always productive. I also did a stint as a forest worker in my youth that took me to some places in these beautiful Cascade and Siskiyou mountains that I never would have been otherwise. It gave me a love and an appretiation for the beauty with which I am surrounded.
