Hello my name is Manuel Christou and I currently reside in Perry Hall Maryland with my wife and two daughters.  I was born and raised in Baltimore and love the centralized location of Perry Hall.  Working locally for many years in the sales industry I made my transition to the Real Estate Industry in August of 2000.  I jumped in with both feet, right out of the gate working and being mentored by the Owner and Broker of a local REMAX office, whom is now my partner.    

      Finding the right Realtor to represent you in the purchase of your home is so important!!!  It is often taken way to lightly, as I found out the hard way in 1999 when I purchased my first home and with such an unpleasant experience, prompted me to get my Real Estate License, so everyone I helped find a new home, would never experience the unpleasant surprises that I was subjected to.        

      This brings me to explain my relationships with my clients.  When I am hired to represent someone this is what I do.  I represent them and their best interests, so they get what they want, when they want it, for the price they want.  I do not like to be sold, and I don't try to sell anything to anyone.  As a matter of fact, my approach assisting a Buyer client is completely the opposite.  It doesn’t matter to me which home you choose, but I am going to inform you, educate you, and make sure you understand all of the facts, options, and have all of the tools at your disposal to assist you in making the best decision for yourself and your family.  I use my experience to point out anything that is a problem, or is going to be a problem, and if the problem can be fixed, and how much it will cost.  

      In addition, I handle the transaction from beginning to end.  You will not be passed off to a Buyer's agent, or a listing agent, or a processing assistant, or secretary, or transaction coordinator.  I want to know you, and I want to help you, so I know every detail from beginning to end, to make sure things go the way they should, nice and smooth.  If they don't, someone didn't do their job.  So, what can you expect from me if you choose to work with me, and I am willing to work for you?  I am a free spirit who is committed to excellence in everything I do.  I come to life in an environment where I can assist others achieve their dreams and goals, while creating a synergistic bond or team approach. I have a natural tendency to methodically analyze and observe people and situations creating solutions to their problems to simplify whatever is necessary to achieve the desired outcome.  I am able to adapt to your speed,  and all the while overcome any obstacles when they get it our way.  My attention to detail, and strong communications skills have been a tremendous asset to me providing purposeful and intentional result driven service. However, my strongest asset is my Love for my Family, and my core beliefs and values which govern my life, which are Honesty, Integrity, Loyalty, and Friendhship.
