Miguel Aguilar commits to excellence every day as an entrepreneur, top-ranked athlete, husband, and father. He began his own successful real estate brokerage within his first three years in the industry, specializing in all aspects of the client experience including financing. Averaging 60+ properties or, $15 million per year in sales in this changing market, he plans to expand his Realty World and Associates franchise to include offices in Orange County and San Diego within the next two years. Currently, Aguilar is completing his B.S. in Business Administration and maintains a rigorous schedule of continuing education and training courses for himself and his entire sales force to stay on top of the trends in marketing and real estate law. Anticipating the shifts occurring in his industry, he has launched a rigorous recruitment campaign. His business model lifts his associates up from the old standards of crippling splits and quotas to ownership percentages and performance awards. He is a natural leader, serving by example, as board member for the Young Professional’s Network of the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce. Esteemed by his colleagues, he is an active member of the National, California, and Riverside County Boards of Realtors and is an Orange Coast Title ABA affiliate partner. Miguel Aguilar is proud to have earned an NPC Excalibur 1st place title in bodybuilding and is working toward receiving his pro-card as a natural bodybuilder. He continues his journey toward optimum health and fitness by maintaining his bodybuilding regimen while adding the study and practice of mixed martial arts. Born and raised in Southern California, Miguel has lived in the Temecula Valley for nearly 10 years, with his wife and two young daughters. He places high priority on giving back to the community through donations and volunteer service to his church and an annual Realty World Christmas Fund drive which has been able to help many needy families affected by the downturn in the economy.
