I have been working in the Greater Portland area for 30 years.  I have 25 years experience in the building and remodeling/restoration industry.  I am a Certified Home Inspector and love what I do.  I search out the latest technology and systems to provide my clients with quality inspections.  I am certified in thermal imaging, radon testing where I use continuous radon monitors rather than the charcoal capsules used by many inspectors, I test water quality, air quality, do mold testing... one stop shopping.

It is important to me that my clients know what they are buying.  My inspections cover every aspect of the home and I provide my clients with quality reports that they can understand.  A typical report includes 75+ pictures to help the client see what I am seeing.  If I find hidden water damage with thermal imaging, those images are indluded. 

I am also a licensed Realtor in the State of Maine.  I know what realtors need for inspections and understand their concerns and points of view.  Many real estate deals have been killed because the inspector did not understand how to talk to buyers in a way that helps them understand problems and defects in a home without causing unnecessary alarm and panic. I like to think I am good with clients and often get feedback indicating they think that way too.
