But after knocking down a few walls and adding a custom master suite on the main level, I couldn’t give up the spectacular views of Lake Petit. Now, I’m a full-time resident of Big Canoe with my wife and children. I have purchased and sold other properties in Big Canoe. Through my experiences, I have developed relationships with local builders, so if we can’t find that perfect match- we can always build it.

| I have had several dealings with Tony Hicks. On each ocassion he has been very helpful and knowledgeable about both the market conditions as well as how each property would perform from an investment stand point. He obviously knows about real estate and more importantly real estate investing. He has his hand on the pulse of the real estate market and understands what makes the market fluctuate and when. He also has a keen eye for building construction and can spot potential issues with structures before they happen. Tony is competent and very trustworthy.
