As a real estate professional I have worked with many home buyers and sellers. My expertise is single family residence. I have sold on avg 37 transaction sides per year for the past 8 years. My most productive year was 47 transactions....I WAS BUSY to say the least. I have had the opportunity to work with REO companies in marketing foreclosed proeprties and have gained a great deal of hands on knowledge in that area. I frequently provide Broker Price Opinions for various lenders when clients are seeking second mortgages or equity lines of credit. I do offer FREE Broker Price Opinions to anyone wanting a current market value of their home or investment property. I prefer to view a home prior to giving a value due to many determining factors. General evaluations are not a good idea....always choose the best in customer service.
